MiMiAds offers a fair, straightforward refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, please review the terms below or contact us at [email protected].
14-day money-back guarantee
New paying subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 14 calendar days of their first payment. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and your registered email address. No questions asked.
Subscription renewals
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically. If you wish to cancel, you must do so before your renewal date. Refunds for renewal charges are only issued if requested within 48 hours of the renewal and the account has not been used during that billing period.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Refund request made after the 14-day guarantee window
- Account suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service
- Partial months or unused days on a monthly plan (unless within 14-day window)
- Promotional or discounted plans unless otherwise stated
- Add-ons or one-time feature purchases
Free plan & trial accounts
No charges are applied to free plan users. If you upgrade from a free plan to a paid plan, the 14-day money-back guarantee starts from the date of your first payment.
How to cancel your subscription
You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard under Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access until then.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Disputes & chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving any billing issues directly and fairly.
